Bordentown Township, Burlington County
Bordentown Township wraps around Bordentown City on three sides and runs along the Delaware River across from Falls Township, Pennsylvania. It borders Chesterfield, Mansfield, Florence, Fieldsboro, and Hamilton Township in Mercer County. The township was formed in 1852 from parts of Chesterfield and Mansfield, and it grew from about 8,400 residents in 2000 to about 11,800 in 2020. Named sections include Bossert Estates, Dunns Mill, and Newbold Island, and the New Jersey Turnpike, I-295, and Routes 130 and 206 all pass through.
The township added more than 3,000 residents between 2000 and 2020, so many of its homes are in developments built in recent decades. Some of those communities have homeowners associations with resale paperwork and fees. Whether your house is in an older section or a newer subdivision, we buy it as-is and handle the association steps at closing.
The New Jersey Turnpike meets Route 206 at Exit 7 here, and Route 130 connects to I-295 at Exit 57. Commuters to Trenton, Philadelphia, and the Turnpike corridor rent and buy here. If your house is a rental, we can buy it with the tenant in place.
Where Crosswicks Creek meets the Delaware, the Trenton-Hamilton Marsh is part of the state-protected Duck Island Recreation Area. The former 40-acre Parklands dump has been turned into a PSE&G solar array since 2014. Buyers sometimes ask about nearby land uses and low ground. We buy regardless of those questions.

Questions from Bordentown Township sellers
Yes. We buy houses and townhomes in association communities, and we order the resale documents and settle any dues at closing.
We buy for cash, so there is no mortgage approval to wait on. Most of the timeline depends on the title search, and we can close sooner or later to fit your schedule.
In New Jersey, an inherited house is sold through the estate, so the executor or court-appointed administrator signs the sale. We talk with each heir separately and privately, so no one has to negotiate as a group, and we'll walk you through getting an administrator appointed if that hasn't happened yet.
Thirty days is typical, and clean files can move faster. If you need more time, we'll write the date you want into the contract.
Yes. We're a New Jersey company based in Toms River, and we buy in all 21 counties, including Burlington County. We are BBB accredited with an A+ rating, listed under our affiliate Gembrook Properties.
