Bridgewater, Somerset County
Bridgewater Township covers about 32 square miles in central Somerset County and borders 13 municipalities, including Somerville, Raritan, Bound Brook, Branchburg, Bedminster, Bernards, and Warren. The Raritan River forms much of its southern edge, and I-287, I-78, U.S. 22, Route 28, and Routes 202 and 206 all run through it. Its neighborhoods include Bradley Gardens, Martinsville, Green Knoll, Finderne, and Bridgewater Center, and it had about 16,700 housing units in 2010.
Bridgewater was largely a farming community until the 1960s and grew into a large suburb after that. Many homes from those decades of growth now need roofs, mechanical systems, or kitchens updated before a retail buyer will pay full price. We buy houses in Bradley Gardens, Martinsville, Finderne, Green Knoll, and the rest of the township without asking you to make repairs.
The Raritan forms much of Bridgewater's southern border, and the North and South Branches meet at its southwestern corner. During Hurricane Irene in 2011, floodwater covered the former American Cyanamid Superfund site, where the Bridgewater train station now sits. Homes in low areas near the river can face flood-insurance questions. We buy for cash, so no lender sets those conditions.
Sanofi's U.S. headquarters and several other pharmaceutical companies are in Bridgewater, along with Bridgewater Commons and TD Bank Ballpark in Finderne. Job changes and transfers often mean selling on a deadline. We can close on the date you choose, so you don't have to carry two homes or wait for a buyer's mortgage approval.

Often, yes. We pay cash and set the closing date around your move, and you can leave behind anything you don't want to take.
In New Jersey, an inherited house is sold through the estate, so the executor or court-appointed administrator signs the sale. We talk with each heir separately and privately, so no one has to negotiate as a group, and we'll walk you through getting an administrator appointed if that hasn't happened yet.
Thirty days is typical, and clean files can move faster. If you need more time, we'll write the date you want into the contract.
