West Windsor, Mercer County
West Windsor is a Mercer County township of about 26 square miles bordered by Princeton, Lawrence, Hamilton, Robbinsville, East Windsor, and Plainsboro. It includes Princeton Junction, Dutch Neck, Grovers Mill, Penns Neck, and Edinburg. U.S. Route 1 crosses its northwest corner, and Princeton Junction station serves NJ Transit and Amtrak on the Northeast Corridor. Once mostly farmland, the township grew from the late 1970s through the 2000s into a place of planned subdivisions.
When Tropical Storm Henri stalled over the area in August 2021, water from ponds in Princeton Junction flooded Clarksville Road, and homes near Grovers Mill Pond had flooded yards and basements. Water history like that shows up in buyer inspections. We buy West Windsor homes in their current condition.
Princeton Junction grew around the railroad after the 1860s and is now one of the busiest stations in the Northeast. Demand from commuters is strong, but houses that need updating can still struggle with financed buyers. We pay cash, so lender repair requirements don't apply.
Much of West Windsor's growth came from the late 1970s through the 2000s, as farmland became housing developments. Many of those houses now have original roofs, HVAC systems, and kitchens that buyers expect to replace. We buy them as they are, so you don't have to update anything first.

Yes. We make cash offers and can close on a timeline that fits your move.
In New Jersey, an inherited house is sold through the estate, so the executor or court-appointed administrator signs the sale. We talk with each heir separately and privately, so no one has to negotiate as a group, and we'll walk you through getting an administrator appointed if that hasn't happened yet.
