Weymouth, Atlantic County
Weymouth Township is a rural township of about 2,600 people in southern Atlantic County, bordered by Hamilton, Egg Harbor, and Buena Vista townships, Estell Manor, and Maurice River Township in Cumberland County. Route 50 is its main road. One of the county's oldest townships, it was incorporated in 1798, and Hamilton Township, Corbin City, and Estell Manor were later carved from its land. Communities include Belcoville, Dorothy, Grassy Pond, and High Bank Landing.
Belcoville was built in 1918 to house workers at the Bethlehem Loading Company munitions plant and quickly had a town hall, school, bank, and stores. The plant closed in 1919 and was demolished. The community stayed, adding a church and fire company in 1923. We buy Belcoville properties as they are, whatever their age.
Dorothy, counted as its own census-designated place since 2020, has a history of poultry farming. Former farm parcels can come with old coops, sheds, and other structures that retail buyers want removed before closing. We buy rural Weymouth properties with outbuildings and their contents in place.
Part of Weymouth lies in the state-designated Pinelands Area, so building, septic, and site work on some lots fall under Pinelands rules. A buyer planning changes may face a longer approval path. We buy without permit or approval contingencies, so the sale doesn't wait on any review.

In New Jersey, an inherited house is sold through the estate, so the executor or court-appointed administrator signs the sale. We talk with each heir separately and privately, so no one has to negotiate as a group, and we'll walk you through getting an administrator appointed if that hasn't happened yet.
