Wrightstown, Burlington County
Wrightstown is a 1.85-square-mile borough created in 1918 from parts of New Hanover and North Hanover townships and named for early settler John Wright. It borders New Hanover, North Hanover, Pemberton Township, and Springfield Township, and it sits against the McGuire and Fort Dix sections of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Route 68 is its main highway, County Route 545 passes through, and the borough center runs along East Main Street. About 720 people live here.
Wrightstown's fortunes have followed the base: the borough lost residents when the base shifted toward a reservist role, and local restaurants that delivered to Fort Dix felt it when security tightened in 2007. Shifts at the base can change local demand for houses quickly. We buy for cash whatever the market is doing.
The borough had about 350 housing units in 2010, and its population fell about 10% between 2010 and 2020. In a market that small, a listing can sit while you keep paying taxes and insurance. We make a direct offer and can close in weeks rather than months.
With the borough bordering two sections of the joint base, some owners are service members who get orders with little notice. Managing a listing from a new duty station is difficult. We buy for cash, coordinate the closing with you from wherever you are, and set the date around your move.

Yes. We can arrange the sale while you are out of state and coordinate the closing through your attorney or title company.
Yes. We buy occupied rental houses and can close with the current tenants in place.
In New Jersey, an inherited house is sold through the estate, so the executor or court-appointed administrator signs the sale. We talk with each heir separately and privately, so no one has to negotiate as a group, and we'll walk you through getting an administrator appointed if that hasn't happened yet.
Thirty days is typical, and clean files can move faster. If you need more time, we'll write the date you want into the contract.
