Middlesex Borough, Middlesex County
Middlesex Borough is a town of about 14,600 people covering three and a half square miles at the northwestern corner of Middlesex County. It borders Dunellen and Piscataway, and across the county line Bound Brook, South Bound Brook, Bridgewater, and Green Brook. The borough was carved out of Piscataway Township in 1913. Route 28 is its main road, with I-287 close by and Route 22 just to the north. Sections include Lincoln, East Bound Brook, and Beechwood Heights, with about 5,500 homes in all.
Middlesex Borough shares its name with the county, which can cause mix-ups in listings, tax records, and searches for comparable sales. The borough has been its own municipality since 1913, with its own government and tax records separate from Piscataway's. We confirm your property's block, lot, and municipality up front so title and closing go smoothly.
The Lincoln section had its own railroad station, and its volunteer fire company dates to 1905, before the borough itself was formed. The site of that station is now Lincoln Park. Houses in the borough's older sections can carry decades of deferred maintenance. We buy them as-is, without repairs or cleaning first.
At the 2020 census Middlesex Borough's homeowner vacancy rate was under one percent, so homes rarely sit empty for long. Even so, financed buyers expect updated kitchens, working systems, and clean inspections. If your house is not move-in ready, we offer a cash sale with no showings and no mortgage contingency.

Yes. Leave what you do not want and we will handle the clean-out after closing, and we can coordinate with the estate's attorney on timing.
In New Jersey, an inherited house is sold through the estate, so the executor or court-appointed administrator signs the sale. We talk with each heir separately and privately, so no one has to negotiate as a group, and we'll walk you through getting an administrator appointed if that hasn't happened yet.
Thirty days is typical, and clean files can move faster. If you need more time, we'll write the date you want into the contract.
