Runnemede, Camden County
Runnemede is a borough of about two square miles along the Black Horse Pike (Route 168), bordered by Bellmawr, Barrington, Magnolia, Gloucester Township, and Deptford Township in Gloucester County. Local historians describe it as a series of farms until the Pike was built in the 1920s as a route to the Shore; it became a borough in 1926 from the old Centre Township. Part of New Jersey Turnpike Exit 3 is inside the borough, part of Glendora lies within it, and the 2020 census counted about 3,500 homes.
Runnemede's stretch of the Black Horse Pike has been described by its mayor as the only traditional downtown on the Pike, and the borough added period-style lights, trees, and benches there. Houses on or beside the Pike deal with traffic and nearby businesses that some buyers avoid. We buy homes along the Pike for cash without long listings.
The New Jersey Turnpike crosses the north end of the borough, with part of Exit 3 inside Runnemede, and Route 42 clips the northwest corner. Homes near these highways come with noise that can narrow the pool of retail buyers. We price the location in up front and do not depend on a buyer's appraisal.
Runnemede was mostly farmland until the Pike opened, and its homeowner vacancy rate was about 1.5 percent in 2020, so homes rarely sit empty. Houses that have stayed with one owner for decades often need roof, heating, or electrical work by the time they sell. We buy as-is, including estates with a lifetime of belongings still inside.

Questions from Runnemede sellers
Yes. We look at the house and its location together and give you one firm cash number. Because there is no lender, the offer is not subject to a later appraisal.
Yes. We buy homes in Runnemede, Glendora, and the surrounding towns, and we confirm the exact tax lot and municipality during the title search.
In New Jersey, an inherited house is sold through the estate, so the executor or court-appointed administrator signs the sale. We talk with each heir separately and privately, so no one has to negotiate as a group, and we'll walk you through getting an administrator appointed if that hasn't happened yet.
Thirty days is typical, and clean files can move faster. If you need more time, we'll write the date you want into the contract.
